Robert Massarelli	Robert Massarelli is a managing partner of CONPLIO Consulting LLC. He has several years of project management experience and was leading international projects to their completion. He is well grounded in the topics project management, process management and in organisational development. His core competences are business re-engineering and re-organisation. Beat Schlumpf	Over 30 years of experience in logistics and supply chain execution in various management functions in Switzerland and abroad. Besides his role as managing partner at CONPLIO Consulting LLC, he is an professor, examiner and director of studies for logics and supply chain management. Until today, he has published various publications and technical literature. His core competencies lay in the development and implementation of holistic logistics solutions. Fabian Tschan	Fabian Tschan is a managing partner at CONPLIO Consulting LLC. He has a sound knowledge in business administrational topics. In a variety of managing functions he contributed to the success of local businesses up to international organisations and facilitated their development significantly. Fabian Tschan is as well member of a Steering Group of a network for solutions-focused practice in organizations.
